Anmol Srivastava
Anmol Srivastava co-founded Hektare & Meter Realty on a conviction he formed over 14 years of advising buyers, developers and investors across Delhi–NCR: that good real estate advice starts with a tape measure, not a sales script. Over the years he has personally walked hundreds of plots and developments across Noida, Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressway, building a reputation for calling out boundary and title issues that others missed.
Under his leadership, the firm has stayed deliberately independent — carrying only developments the team has surveyed and verified in person, and advising clients the way he'd want to be advised himself. He continues to lead major mandates personally and sets the standard every advisor at the firm is trained to.
Vinay Singh
Vinay Singh brings over 25 years of real estate experience to Hektare & Meter Realty as co-founder, having advised clients across the industry through multiple market cycles. His depth of experience anchors the firm's approach to valuations, negotiations and long-term client relationships.
Alongside Anmol, he helps set the standard the firm holds every mandate to — grounded in the same conviction that good advice starts with verification, not a sales script.
Harish Pawar
Harish Pawar co-founded Hektare & Meter Realty with 25 years of real estate experience behind him, having guided clients through acquisitions, sales and long-term portfolio decisions across multiple market cycles. His experience adds further depth to the firm's approach to deal structuring and client advisory.
He shares the same conviction that anchors the firm — that every mandate deserves to be measured and verified before it's ever marketed — and works alongside Anmol and Vinay to hold every advisor at the firm to that standard.
